- Damaged product: We provide a replacement rather than a return.
Return Guidelines:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or replacement.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- We will process replacements promptly to ensure you receive the correct product without delay.
Replacement & Refunds:
- Damaged or incorrect products are eligible for replacement only.
- Refunds are only processed if the wrong product was delivered or product is unavailable.
