When Returns Are Accepted:

• Wrong product delivered: Customers can request a return.
• Damaged product: We provide a replacement rather than a return.

Return Guidelines:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or replacement.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
• We will process replacements promptly to ensure you receive the correct product without delay.

Replacement & Refunds:

• Damaged or incorrect products are eligible for replacement only.
• Refunds are only processed if the wrong product was delivered or product is unavailable.
